Has handled over 5,000 juvenile cases in the last 15 years.
Previously a contract attorney with the Maryland State Public Defender's Office.
Has taught the juvenile law module of the street law course at the Montgomery County Detention Center.
Participated in the recording of training tapes for social workers confronting child sexual abuse.
