Biography

Founding trustee and board chairman of Children's Scholarship Fund Baltimore, which has raised $2 million in local and matching funds to provide partial scholarships for Baltimore City children. Research fellow, Mercatus Center at George Mason University; research fellow, Institute for Humane Studies, Arlington, Va.; senior associate, Foresight Institute, Palo Alto, Calif.
