Former senior economist for the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress, working on trade and regulatory issues.
Has traveled extensively studying and lecturing on the problems of government controls and promoting market solutions on a state and national level.
Has appeared on numerous television shows, including public television's NewsHour and Dateline NBC.
