Biography

The Center for Individual Rights serves as legal counsel to plaintiffs in racial preference cases, including Hopwood v. State of Texas and lawsuits against the University of Washington and the University of Michigan and its law school.

Adjunct scholar, American Enterprise Institute.

Chairman of the board of directors of the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
