Biography

Currently teaches bankruptcy, contracts and "The Legal Foundations of a Free Society."
Testified before Congress on consumer bankruptcy and the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1999 and its effect on religious freedom.
Participated in Free Market Environmentalism seminar sponsored by the Liberty Fund.
Has appeared on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.
